stayed at richmond for 6 nights and loved the location in kinshicho. so close to the train station, making it easy to explore. the staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was really good! the bed was bigger than expected, which was a nice surprise.

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell which was noticeable. The cleaning was inconsistent. there were hairs from other guests on the futon. Furthermore, I found the communication with staff challenging, as only one spoke fluent English.

The Twin Room with Extra Bed was comfy and had great amenities. Loved the washing machine info on the TV, super handy for longer stays! The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel's proximity to Kinshicho station made commuting very convenient! I appreciated the wide range of food options nearby, from sushi to yakitori, making dining very enjoyable. The city view from my room was a pleasant surprise, especially at night.
